Mark your calendars for Malcolm X Discovery Night on Wednesday, April 12th. This year’s interactive festival from Lawrence Hall of Science, Build It!, brings out and rewards the builder and mathematician in everyone.
Activities include:
- Cube-o- Miniums: If you were an architect, how many 4-unit condominiums could you design?
- Polyhedra: Discover the myriad of possibilities for 3-dimensional bodies
- New Oakland Bridge: Build a model of the Self-Anchored Suspension Bridge
- And so much more!
Free dinner will be served. Students in BEARS or LEARNS may attend at 4:30 pm; the festival is open to the rest of the MX community 5:30-7:30 pm.

Se servirá cena gratuita. Los estudiantes de BEARS o LEARNS pueden asistir a las 4:30pm; el festival esta abierto para el resto de la comunidad de MX de 5:30 a 7:30.
